
Spit ‘n’ Sawdust, Dave Earle’s fitness center in North Bar, Banbury, has been severely hit by the pandemic, having to stay closed and with individuals cancelling their memberships. Now the fitness center wants assist to pay for repairs to a leak within the roof and to repair the showers and heating.
Shenington Major Faculty pupil Adidja Carpenter, aged 10, has teamed up with James Doung, the proprietor of Paw Paw Chinese language restaurant on the town, to assist the neighborhood fitness center survive the Covid-19 pandemic.
Adidja is a fitness center member and is taking over a problem to boost funds for the repairs. He describes the fitness center as “like his household”. Adidja is planning to run 50 laps of Individuals’s Park over the subsequent 5 weeks forward of his eleventh birthday.
James Doung helps promote Adidja’s problem, and has volunteered to assist increase cash for Spit ‘n’ Sawdust by establishing a JustGiving web page.
A goal of £10,000 has been set to assist pay for the repairs on the fitness center.
